This Karcher product has a full two year Karcher Domestic use warranty. The warranty covers the machine for faulty or defective parts during the two year warranty period. This does not cover wear and tear and any consumable parts such as hoses, motors, accessories or the result of commercial or industrial use that will result in the warranty being void and invalid.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ: If a problem occurs with the machine during the first 28 days of purchase then please place a warranty callback and KCT will replace your machine by return. After that period of 28 days the warranty is then undertaken by Karcher UK and you should contact them directly. They will then place the repair for your machine with a local repair center or collect the machine for repair.
