Floor prep before use:

1. Sweep floor to get large debris up 
2. Check floor type 
3. Get the correct chemical for flooring 
4. Have the correct brush head attached suited for floor type

First use:

1. Make sure all component are clear and debris free 
2. Fill clean tank with clean water
3. Add the correct chemical at the correct dosage acquired for floor type
4. Set the water flow to your desired amount
5. Before putting brush head to the floor turn machine on and allow the water to start coming out
6. Once water is visible you can now drop the machine head down and start to scrub
7. Scrub the chemical into the area allowing at least 2mins for reaction time with dirt
8. Now use all three actions scrub + water (turn flow rate down ) and suction 
9. Pass across the previous area where you have laid chemical

Now your floor will be clean and dry and ready for use.

Maintenance clean:

1. Fill clean tank with water
2. Use the correct dosage of chemical if required
3. Use all three actions water, brushes and suction
4. Pass over the area leaving clean and dry 

With the maintenance clean you will only need to keep on top of your first deep clean making sure that it doesn’t go back to original dirty state. Giving you more time to achieve other tasks.

Keeping BR35/12 c BP clean:

1. After every use empty tanks and clean out dirty tank
2. Check brushes are free of debris
3. Check debris tray and clean if required
4. Only charge when required.
5. Check water dispense strip is clean
